Arithmetic Acne Control Complex

A review of the Arithmetic Acne Control Complex

Arithmetic Acne Control Complex

Where to buy it:

I received this product to review, from Arithmetic Products. It includes just a few ingredients. Arithmetic is a new company that was started by Andy Bosselman. When he realized not many products were targeted at adult acne this led him to create a product more targeted  towards adults. From this came his product.

Active Ingredient: Benzoyl Peroxide 3%. Inactive Ingredients: Water (Aqua), Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Cetyl Alcohol, Hamames Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Water, Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil, Sodium PCA, Glycerin, Stearic Acid, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Allantoin, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, (Phenoxyethanol-Caprylyl Glycol).

Here is what I got with it with it:

One thing that differentiates this product from many others is the low concentration of benzoyl peroxide. Many products include up to 10% and because of this can be very irritating and drying. I did not find this product to be drying, but I still found it to be very effective. It also includes tea tree oil and jojoba oil which are two of my favorite and ingredients that are known to be effective for acne prone skin. It has a pleasant tea tree like smell, and is a white cream, that comes in a pump dispenser. I was able to use it for two week, and it cleared the mild acne I had quite nicely.

Therefore, I have no problem recommending this treatment. It has great ingredients, and the company has quick shipping and great customer service. I only hope they start offering it in larger quantities soon!
